FORTALEZA, Brazil, Nov 4 (Reuters) - Brazil's central bankchief Alexandre Tombini said on Monday that monetary policyshould remain "especially vigilant" to battle inflation, whichcould undermine potential growth in Latin America's largesteconomy.
Tombini said at a central bank event in the northeasterncity of Fortaleza that high inflation hurts the confidence ofinvestors and consumers.
