Bulls dance to Pandora's number

Strong Guidance From Music Provider

Pandora Media reported a fourth-quarter loss of $0.04, better than the $0.05 loss feared by analysts. Revenue surged to $125.1 million, beating the $122.8 million consensus estimate. Guidance was also strong, and P is up 20 percent before the bell on my tradeMONSTER platform.

Finisar Earnings, Revenue Beat

Finisar earned $0.17 a share in its third quarter, while analysts had only expected S0.16. Revenue also beat by a small margin as demand improved. The news follows a strong report from Ciena, another networking company, on Thursday. FNSR gained 3 percent yesterday afternoon but hasn't traded yet this morning.

Maxwell: Don't Believe Our Numbers

Maxwell Technology disclosed that earnings reports for 2011 and 2012 " should no longer be relied upon because of errors in those financial statements." MXWL tanks 16 percent in the premarket.
