Cache Extends Rights Offering

Cache, Inc. ("Cache") (CACH), a specialty chain of women’s apparel stores, announced today that it has extended the deadline of its previously announced $15.0 million rights offering to 5:00 p.m., New York City time, May 27, 2014. All other terms and conditions of the offering, which was originally scheduled to expire May 22, 2014, remain the same.
