Call for Nominations: 2013 Expect Miracles Awards Sponsored by American Century Investments

Recognizing Financial Companies and Individuals Dedicated to Fighting Cancer

Nominations are now being accepted for the 4th Annual Expect Miracles Awards, sponsored by American Century Investments. Expect Miracles Foundation – Financial Services Against Cancer presents the Expect Miracles Awards on an annual basis to individuals and firms within the financial community who have demonstrated outstanding support, commitment, and dedication to the fight against cancer.

These prestigious awards will be presented at Institutional Investor’s 20th Annual Mutual Fund Industry Awards Gala, where the Foundation has been selected as “Charity of Choice” for the seventh year. The event will be held on April 25, 2013 at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in NYC with an audience comprised of over 500 of the top leaders in the financial industry. The nomination deadline is February 25, 2013. Anyone can nominate a firm or individual.

Categories of recognition include:

Corporate Commitment Award: Recognizes a firm that has demonstrated a strong organizational commitment to the fight against cancer by furthering cancer awareness or contributing significant funds to a cancer related cause.

Miracle Maker Leadership Award: Recognizes an individual at an executive or board level who has demonstrated long-standing personal leadership in cancer advocacy.

Inspirational Contributor Award: Recognizes an individual whose personal efforts helped to ensure the success of a cancer-related project, event, or fundraising initiative in 2012.
