TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire -07/16/12)- Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust ("CREIT") (REF.UN) today announced its July 2012 monthly distribution in the amount of 12.42 cents per unit (C$1.49 annualized). The July distribution will be payable on August 15, 2012 to Unitholders of record July 31, 2012.
