Capital Insurance Group Appoints Jeff Batozech as the Northern California Regional Field Executive

MONTEREY, Calif., Jan. 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Capital Insurance Group® (CIG), the leading regional property and casualty insurer serving the Western U.S., has announced the promotion and appointment of Jeff Batozech as the Regional Field Executive — Northern California. Effective January 1, 2014, CIG is combining its North Coast, Bay Area and Sacramento regions into the newly formed Northern California Region and advancing Batozech, the former Regional Manager of Sacramento, to lead the new field structure.

Batozech, with more than ten years of sales and management experience with Capital Insurance Group, began his insurance career in Chicago as an Excess and Surplus Lines Property Underwriter. Throughout his 30-year career, Batozech has held various technical and managerial positions, including Special Markets Manager at CIG, and has served on several boards, including Volunteer Center of Los Angeles, a community outreach organization that sought to match local business resources with the need to re‐train and update displaced worker skills. He is a graduate of Northern Illinois University, earned his MBA from DePaul University, and is a Certified Insurance Counselor.
