Michael Blanchard of San Francisco, Calif., was elected to his first three-year term, beginning May 6, 2013. Blanchard is an investment analyst employed by Davis Capital Partners, where he researches equity investments in financial institutions. He spent four years at Citigroup Global Markets Inc., in New York, covering the financial services sector for an internal investment group.
