The company’s net income and EPS (earnings per share) have increased to $103.6 million and $1.56 per share in 3Q15, an increase of 18.7% and 18.2% on a quarterly basis. The current ratio and debt-to-equity ratio have decreased to 2.15 and 0.44 in 3Q15 as compared to the current ratio and the debt-to-equity ratio of 4.1 and 0.52 in 3Q14.

On August 5, 2015, the company has increased the regular quarterly dividend to $0.30 per share, an increase of 20% on Carlisle common stock.
