Carmanah Reports Resignation of Director

VICTORIA, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Jan 13, 2016) - Carmanah Technologies Corporation (CMH.TO) ("the Company") today announces the resignation of Peter Berrang from the Board of Directors of the company with immediate effect.

Michael Sonnenfeldt, Chairman of the Board, states "Peter has been active and involved with the business throughout his board tenure. Carmanah has many of Peter's initiatives to thank for the board reform and management changes which set Carmanah's turnaround in motion. We wish him all the best in the future"

Mr. Berrang has been a board member since May, 2010 and will remain an investor in the company.
