NASHVILLE, TN--(Marketwire -08/20/12)- CCA (CXW) (Corrections Corporation of America) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a dividend for the third quarter of 2012 of $0.20 per share to be paid on September 28, 2012 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 14, 2012.
