CINCINNATI (AP) -- Air pollution control and industrial ventilation systems maker CECO Environmental Corp. raised its quarterly dividend on Tuesday.
The Cincinnati company said the dividend will go up a dime to 45 cents per share.
That's a 29 percent increase over last quarter. The higher dividend will be paid Sept. 28 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 14.
The company's board also approved a plan for shareholders to reinvest part of their dividends to buy more common stock at the market price, CECO said in a statement.
Shares of CECO rose 10 cents, or 1.2 percent, to $8.19 in afternoon trading. They have traded in a range of $4.98 to $8.65 in the past year.
