Central Florida Executive Coaching Institution Expands Services to Cater to Healthcare Leaders

Center for Work Life Offers a New Program Specifically Designed for Physician Leaders

Marketwired

ORLANDO, FL--(Marketwired - Apr 11, 2013) -  In addition to its current executive training and development programs, Center for Work Life is proud to kick-off its Healthy Physician Program, designed specifically to help motivated physicians perform at their highest levels of efficiency.

The Healthy Physician program was developed with the hectic schedules that physicians face in mind. Training topics include issues that come with being a successful physician such as leadership education, work-life balance, team and group coaching, medical staff retreats, as well as customized healthcare leadership sessions. For physician leaders, this program is most effective because of its delivery of results in the shortest amount of time. In-depth meetings with Center for Work Life's highly accredited peak performance coaches are scheduled to help establish goals and create a values-based action plan.

"As we advance in our careers, behavioral changes are the most powerful changes we can make. 85 percent of our success is determined by interpersonal and self-management skills," says Farnaz Namin-Hedayati, Ph.D., founder of Center for Work Life. "Even with the best clinical training, peak performance cannot be reached without appropriate interpersonal and self-management skills."

The Healthy Physician Program is designed to assist physician leaders in adjusting their priorities, taking time to assess their personal and career life and implement change. Although change can be unnerving, action plans are designed to reach client goals and ultimately becoming an effective and fulfilled physician.
