Concur Technologies Inc.’s (CNQR) leading mobile travel organizer, TripIt, has recently launched a new feature titled Seat Tracker in its TripIt Pro service to enable travelers to choose a better seat available in flight.
Seat Tracker from TripIt Pro will inform travelers through a text or email alert when a desirable seat is available on their flight. To access this facility, flyers need to define their preferred seats in advance, so as to enable TripIt Pro to track seat reservations on applicable flights on a regular basis.
TripIt Pro will help flyers to enjoy a more comfortable journey allowing them to choose between an aisle seat, a window seat, a front or a back cabin seat along with a choice of their preferred travel classes.
To avail this service, users must pay $49 per year to become members of TripIt Pro, wherein they can also enjoy various other features like tracking fares, organizing their trip, check-in-reminders, and receiving notifications for flight cancellations or delays. In order to offer such services for a hassle-free journey, Concur has also developed strategic partnerships with various other companies.
Concur has recently also introduced another feature to simplify call and expense reporting for business travelers. The use of this App will enable the field sales representatives to work more efficiently by reducing reporting time due to a single point data entry requirement rather than multiple data entry system of the erstwhile setup and increased focus on business.
