Google (GOOG) unveiled another model of the Chromebook laptop, dropping the entry price to $199 and adding a 320-gigabyte hard drive, making it the first model in the line to have substantial local storage. It also features 100 GB of cloud storage on Google servers. Made in partnership with Taiwan's Acer, the 11.6-inch Acer C7 Chromebook is the lowest-cost model in the line. The device goes on sale Tue. at Google's Play store and Best Buy (BBY) electronics stores. Google shares rose 0.4% to 665.90.
