PLANO, TX--(Marketwire -02/16/12)- Cistera Networks® (Pinksheets: CNWT.PK - News), a leading provider of enterprise application platforms and engines for unified communications, announces reported results for the three months ended December 31st, 2011 (all figures in U.S. dollars and U.S. GAAP except EBITDA).
Net income for the quarter was $0.14 million, or $0.01 per share. Earnings before Interest, Depreciation and Amortization, and Taxes (EBITDA) were positive $0.21 million or 47% of revenue.
Revenue for the third quarter of fiscal 2012 was $0.451 million, down from $0.74 million from the same quarter of last year. Net operating income for three months ending December 31 2011 was $0.19 million. Nine month to December 31, 2011 net income is $0.41 million.
"The company continues to make solid profits through cost control. As a result, the company continues to dramatically improve the balance sheet and will continue to do so," says Cistera CEO Greg Royal. "We have strong gross margins and strong operating margins.
