EAU CLAIRE, WI--(Marketwired - Feb 28, 2014) - Citizens Community Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: CZWI), the parent company of Citizens Community Federal (the "Bank"), is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors on February 27, 2014, declared an annual dividend of $0.04 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on March 27, 2014 to shareholders of record on March 13, 2014.
