Comcast Corp. (CMCSA) created a new unit for the news properties at its majority-owned NBCUniversal unit, reports the Wall Street Journal. The new NBCUniversal News Group will include NBC News, CNBC, MSNBC and the Weather Channel. Pat Fili-Krushel will be chairman.
