Command Security Corporation (NYSE MKT: MOC) (the “Company”) announced today that the Security Services division has been awarded an expanded contract to provide security-based services for an existing Global 500 Financial Services client. The three-year, nationwide contract commenced on October 10, 2013 and provides $2.3 million per year in scheduled services – as well as an unspecified amount of on-call, contingency-based services.
