•    Viasystems Group Inc. (NASDAQ:VIAS) will be taking over DDI Corp. (NASDAQ:DDIC) for roughly $268 million

•    WebMD Health Corp. (NASDAQ:WBMD) announced that it will repurchase 5.77 million shares at $26 per share
