•    Onyx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:ONXX) jumped more than 50% after the company announced it is considering putting itself up for sale

•   Nokia Corporation (NYSE:NOK) has purchased a 50%  stake in Nokia Siemens Networks from Siemens AG (NYSE:SI) for $2.2 billion
