•    Shares of NuVasive, Inc. (NASDAQ:NUVA) crashed 32.9% after the company announced a third quarter revenue forecast of $147 million, lower than prior estimates

•    3M Co. (NYSE:MMM) terminated an agreement to take over Avery Dennison Corporation’s (NYSE:AVY) consumer products divisions.  Subsequently, shares of the company slipped 4.4%

•    Google Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOG) touched a new 52-week high after jumping 0.7% to $768.05 a share yesterday, following a settlement with the nation’s publishers regarding its book-scanning project
