CoreSite Realty Corporation Declares Second Quarter 2013 Dividend on Common and Series A Preferred Stock

CoreSite Realty Corporation (COR), provider of powerful, network-dense data center campuses and the CoreSite Mesh, which enables interconnected communities of service providers and enterprises, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.27 per share on common stock and common stock equivalents for the second quarter of 2013. The dividend will be paid on July 15, 2013, to stockholders of record on June 28, 2013.

CoreSite’s Board of Directors also declared a cash dividend of $0.4531 per share of Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock. The preferred share dividend will be paid on July 15, 2013, to stockholders of record on June 28, 2013.
