CORNING, N.Y., November 13, 2013 - Corning Incorporated (GLW) announced today that it has priced $250 million aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes at a coupon of 3.70%. The notes will mature on Nov. 15, 2023. Subject to customary closing conditions, the transaction is expected to close on Nov. 18, 2013. The net proceeds of the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. served as joint book-running managers and underwriters for the offering.
