An appeals court panel reversed a district court’s partial dismissal of an antitrust suit brought by AT&T (T) against companies including AU Optronics (AUO), LG Display (LPL), Samsung Electronics (SSNLF), Sharp (SHCAY) and Toshiba (TOSBF), alleging a global conspiracy to fix the prices of LCD panels. The appeals court reverse the district court’s order dismissing AT&T's claims and remanded the case to the district court for it to make an individual determination with respect to each defendant.
