CryoLife Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend for the Third Quarter 2014

ATLANTA, July 30, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- CryoLife, Inc. (CRY), a leading medical device and tissue processing company focused on cardiac and vascular surgery, announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend for the third quarter 2014 of $0.03 per share of common stock outstanding.  The quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share will be paid on September 19, 2014 to all common stockholders of record as of September 12, 2014.  The ex-dividend date for the quarterly dividend is September 10, 2014.

CryoLife anticipates paying quarterly dividends in March, June, September, and December of each year.  Based on the number of shares currently outstanding, the Company expects to pay dividends totaling approximately $3.4 million from June 2014 through March 2015.
