Cubic acquires NEK Special Programs Group for $52M

Cubic Corporation disclosed in a regulatory filing that Cubic and NEK Services, its wholly-owned subsidiary, acquired the operating assets of NEK Special Programs Group, a Special Operation Forces training business based in Fayetteville, North Carolina and Colorado Springs, Colorado. The assets are being acquired for a total consideration of $52M subject to the terms of the purchase agreement and include more than 200 operational and technical experts of NEK’s Special Operations Forces training business, Cubic said.
