Cyber-Ark looking to come public later this year, WSJ says

IT security company Cyber-Ark Software is looking to list its shares on the Nasdaq and seeking an initial valuation for the company of $500M-$1B in an IPO that could come later this year, said The Wall Street Journal, citing people familiar with the matter. Other publicly traded IT security companies include Barracuda Networks (CUDA), Check Point (CHKP), F5 Networks (FFIV), FireEye (FEYE), Fortinet (FTNT), Imperva (IMPV), Proofpoint (PFPT), and Qualys (QLYS).
