Woodland Park, New Jersey, April 18, 2013 - Cytec Industries Inc. (CYT) announced today that the company`s Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per share on the common stock of the company, payable on May 24, 2013 to shareholders of record as of May 10, 2013.
