Data Shows Consumers Prefer to Manage Cable & Satellite Accounts Through Manilla

iStockphoto just released new data that reveals insights regarding consumer preferenceswhen it comes to managing their cable, satellite and TV accounts.

In an April 2013 survey of Manilla users, nearly 65 percent of respondents reported that they find it easier to manage their cable, satellite or TV account through Manilla, which automatically and conveniently aggregates their detailed account information.

Nearly a quarter of respondents said they pay their cable, satellite or TV bill by logging into their provider website through Manilla, and 20 percent said that their satisfaction with their provider has increased since they added it to Manilla. These findings further establish Manilla as the leading account management service that allows consumers to connect directly and engage with their service providers.
