Dell climbs on new takeover report

Deal Could Be Announced Monday

Dell has been climbing on takeover speculation, and now Reuters is reporting that the deal may occur as early as Monday. Founder Michael Dell is expected to be a major owner, with Silver Lake Partners and Microsoft also involved. DELL gains 5 percent before the bell on my tradeMONSTER platform.

Audience Beats Thanks to Samsung Business

Investors were worried about Audience after it lost Apple as a customer last year, but it's been doing just fine as it gains more business from Samsung! Fourth-quarter earnings of $0.14 a share beat the $0.10 consensus analyst forecast. Revenue of $38.7 million also beat the $37 million estimate, and guidance was strong. ADNC is up 30 percent in the premarket.

Netsuite Climbs on Strong Results

Netsuite reported fourth-quarter profit of $0.06 a share on revenue of $85 million. Analysts had expected $0.04 and $83 million, respectively. Management also raised guidance, and N is up 6 percent in early trading.

TeleCommunication Systems Crushes Estimates

TeleCommunication Systems reported fourth-quarter earnings of $0.20 a share, crushing the $0.11 average analyst estimate. TSYS rallies 13 percent on that beat.
