Dell Inc. said Thursday it will pay a quarterly dividend of 8 cents per share Oct. 22 to shareholders of record as of Oct. 1.
The Round Rock, Texas, computer maker said in June that its board had authorized its first-ever dividend.
Shares of Dell closed unchanged at $10.52. The stock has declined 28 percent since the beginning of the year.
