Delphi (DLPH) , a U.K.-based autoparts supplier, said Q4 EPS fell 1% to 90 cents, beating views by 3 cents. Revenue fell 4% to $3.8 bil, in line with views. Sales rose 11% in Asia, 6% in North America and 4% in South America. Europe's sales tumbled 18%. Delphi sees '13 EPS of $4.12-$4.38 vs. analyst estimates of 4.25. Shares rose 1.4% to 39.34.
