SPARTANBURG, S.C. (AP) -- Denny's Corp. said Friday that it named Jose Gutierrez to its board.
The Spartanburg, S.C.-based restaurant chain said Gutierrez has held senior executive positions at AT&T and has nearly 25 years of experience in print and digital advertising, finance and operations in the telecommunications industry.
Gutierrez currently serves as AT&T's president of wholesale solutions and before that was the company's president and CEO for advertising solutions.
Denny's shares fell 2 cents to $5.16 in morning trading.
