DIAGNOS Announces Grant of Stock Options

BROSSARD, QUEBEC, CANADA--(Marketwire - Aug. 28, 2012) - DIAGNOS inc. ("DIAGNOS" or "the Corporation") (ADK.V), a leader in the use of artificial intelligence and advanced knowledge extraction techniques, announces that the Board of Directors has approved a grant of 900,000 stock options to its directors and officers under the terms of the stock option plan of the Corporation approved by the Shareholders in September 2008.

The exercise price of these options has been established at C$0.16 per share. Grants of stock options vest at the rate of 33.33% per year, commencing with the first anniversary of the grant. The expiry date to which these options can be exercised has been fixed to August 26, 2017.
