Discover has been named winner of three 2014 Call Center Excellence awards by the International Quality & Productivity Center (IQPC) for demonstrating superior thinking, creativity and execution across the full spectrum of call center functions.
Discover is the first company ever recognized in four different IQPC Award categories in a year:
- 1st place, Best Learning & Development Program, which honors companies that integrate learning and development into short and long- term business goals.
