After DoJ settlement with Bank of America many issues unresolved, WSJ reports

The Justice Department's $335M legal settlement with Bank of America (BAC) a year ago still has much work to do, reports the Wall Street Journal. U.S. officials had warned that it might take two years for eligible borrowers to receive money from the settlement, but thought checks could be mailed out sooner but they haven't.
