Dollar Tree (DLTR) had its rating cut by Morgan Stanley, which cited the stock's high valuation and competition from Dollar General (DG). Dollar Tree's shares are up 78% since Aug. 8, 2011, as wary consumers keep a lid on spending. Shares fell 2.4% to 53. Dollar General rose 0.5% to 54.86 and Family Dollar Stores (FDO) rose 1.2% to 70.38.
