Double Crown Resources Becomes Authorized Dealer for American International Sealing, New Contracts for Fracking Products Already in Development

HENDERSON, NV--(Marketwire - Mar 26, 2013) - Double Crown Resources, Inc. (OTCQB: DDCC), a fully reporting company (hereinafter, "Double Crown"), today announces a new strategic alliance with the Chemical Division of American International Sealing, LLC (www.aisealing.com). Agreements have been signed making Double Crown an authorized dealer with full marketing rights in the United States for vital chemical additive products used by completion companies to assist drillers with hydraulic fracturing, bioremediation and pipeline chemical cleaning functions. Additionally, exclusive rights have been granted for distribution in Venezuela of PRP/OIL Buster, a proven petroleum remediation product invented by NASA. This product is a key element of a high value contract now in preliminary negotiations with Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) to remediate oil spills and help protect the natural environment.

Under the new strategic alliance with American International Sealing, Double Crown will now be able to provide its petroleum industry customers with a wide range of important chemical products. All the products are made from high quality, 100% U.S. raw materials under cost-controlled manufacturing processes. These products include the following:

• Antibacterial Agent - Eliminates bacteria in the water that produce corrosive byproducts.

• Clay Stabilizer - Prevents the formation clays from swelling.

• Friction Reducer - Slicks the water to minimize friction.

• Corrosion Inhibitor - Prevents corrosion of the pipe.

• Iron Control - Prevents precipitation of metal in the pipe.

• PH Adjusting Agent - Adjusts and controls the PH of the fluid in order to maximize the effectiveness of other additives such as crosslinkers.

• Scale Inhibitor - Prevents scale deposits downhole and in surface equipment.

• H2S Scavenger - Eliminates Dihydrogen Sulfide.

The chemicals used in hydraulic fracturing (fracking) serve many functions during the process. There are only a limited number of chemicals used in each operation even though hundreds are available as potential additives. These chemicals make up less than 1% of the total fluids used in the process but add greatly to the efficiency and yield production of petroleum fracking operations.
