According to a newly-released criminal complaint, after photos were released of the Tsarnaev brothers after the Boston bombings newly named suspect Dias Kadyrbayev saw the picture on television and texted Dzhokhar to say the suspect looked like him.
Dzhokhar's response? "lol":
A New York Times article from last week mentioned a similar situation, revealing that one unnamed friend sent Dzhokhar a picture of the bombing suspect with a white baseball hat on, with an accompanying text message that read: " Lol... Is this you? I didn’t know you went to the marathon!!!!"
