Apple Inc. rose $3.86 or .9 percent, to $438.44.
Dell Inc. fell $.03 or .2 percent, to $13.41.
Hewlett Packard Co. fell $.11 or .5 percent, to $21.25.
International Business Machines Corp. rose $1.36 or .7 percent, to $206.05.
Lexmark International Inc. rose $.05 or .2 percent, to $30.87.
