Capital One Financial Corp. rose $.26 or .4 percent, to $61.27.
Discover Financial Services rose $.47 or 1.0 percent, to $47.81.
Mastercard rose $5.84 or 1.0 percent, to $577.00.
Visa Inc. rose $1.99 or 1.1 percent, to $182.92.
