NEW YORK (AP) -- Shares of some top gold companies are down at 10 a.m.:
Barrick Gold Corp. fell $.33 or 1.7 percent, to $19.09.
Gold Fields Ltd ADS fell $.07 or 1.1 percent, to $5.97.
GoldCorp. fell $.31 or 1.1 percent, to $27.51.
Newmont Mining Corp. fell $.46 or 1.4 percent, to $32.98.
