NEW YORK (AP) -- Shares of some top gold companies are mixed at 10 a.m.:
Barrick Gold Corp. fell $.44 or 2.2 percent, to $19.27.
Gold Fields fell $.16 or 2.1 percent, to $7.30.
GoldCorp. fell $.85 or 2.9 percent, to $28.73.
Newmont Mining Corp. rose $.27 or .8 percent, to $32.67.
