ACE L rose $.25 or .3 percent, to $73.49.
Aflac Inc. fell $.02 or .1 percent, to $39.66.
American International Group fell $.11 or .4 percent, to $29.30.
MBIA fell $.07 or .8 percent, to $8.43.
MGIC Investments Corp. unchanged at $2.40.
MetLife rose $.03 or .1 percent, to $30.68.
XL Group PLC fell $.09 or .4 percent, to $20.35.
