Hospira rose $.05 or .2 percent, to $32.03.
Johnson & Johnson fell $.31 or .5 percent, to $62.79.
Eli Lilly & Co. rose $.23 or .6 percent, to $41.39.
Merck fell $.01 or percent, to $37.60.
Pfizer rose $.05 or .2 percent, to $22.19.
