Hospira fell $.20 or .6 percent, to $34.98.
Johnson & Johnson fell $.43 or .5 percent, to $86.78.
Eli Lilly & Co. fell $.65 or 1.2 percent, to $54.09.
Merck fell $.47 or 1.0 percent, to $46.86.
Pfizer fell $.31 or 1.1 percent, to $28.80.
