Hospira rose $.03 or .1 percent, to $39.25.
Johnson & Johnson fell $.38 or .4 percent, to $86.31.
Eli Lilly & Co. rose $.02 or percent, to $50.35.
Merck rose $.65 or 1.4 percent, to $48.26.
Pfizer fell $.05 or .2 percent, to $28.68.
