Johnson & Johnson rose $.42 or .5 percent, to $87.87.
Eli Lilly & Co. fell $.10 or .2 percent, to $55.84.
Merck fell $.22 or .5 percent, to $46.15.
Pfizer fell $.04 or .1 percent, to $29.21.
