General Electric Co. fell $.06 or .2 percent, to $22.24.
Snap-On fell $.12 or .1 percent, to $86.08.
Stanley Works rose $.06 or .1 percent, to $74.87.
Whirlpool Corp. fell $.95 or .8 percent, to $113.33.
