The dust has all but settled on the latest earnings season.
Most of the big boys have already held their second-quarter 2012 earnings announcements. Financials wrapped up almost two weeks ago. Blue-chip tech stocks such as Apple (AAPL), Amazon (AMZN) and Google (GOOG) reported in the last week.
Meanwhile, this season’s biggest earnings curiosity – market newbie Facebook (FB) – held its first-ever public earnings call last Thursday.
What’s left is mostly a hodgepodge of little-known small caps and medium-sized regional companies. There’s not much sex appeal left in this earnings season.
Here is a full look at some of the more compelling announcements scheduled for an otherwise dull earnings week:
- Pfizer (PFE)
- Goodyear Tires (GT)
