Astronauts on board the International Space Station took this picture of the Nile River Delta in Egypt on June 4, 2012, from some 240 miles above the Mediterranean Sea. The cities of Cairo and Alexandria are both visible in the frame, as are two Russian spacecraft which are currently docked at the Space Station.
