EBay focuses on international shipping, WSJ reports

EBay (EBAY) is focusing on one of its users' most pressing problems: international shipping, reports the Wall Street Journal. The company quietly began testing a program in August allowing some sellers to send merchandise abroad by shipping to a post office box and letting a logistics company handle the rest. They hope the test will expand its business by bringing in buyers and sellers who were reluctant to bid on or list goods they would have to ship across borders.
