(ECOP), one of Canada's leading energy management and lighting firms, has been awarded a contract to retrofit the Cambridge Ice Centre sports facility with ECOP's proprietary LED high bay lighting fixtures. ECOP will install its low cost, high efficiency LED high bay as it has the ability to meet the strict lighting requirements of a sporting facility. The Cambridge Ice Centre LED lighting retrofit will result in an impressive financial energy savings of 61%. The ice rink will be retrofitted with High Efficient 375W LED Highbay Luminaires with an extended life of 100,000 hours (L70), with motion sensing capabilities and an ability to be controlled by ECOP's Light Management System.
