Kuhnert previously served as the Regional Director for MedAssets Workforce Solutions. In her role, Kuhnert successfully led overall operations, sales and strategy for Western Region clients, overseeing approximately 200 client facilities, 500 contract labor agencies and managed $100 million in annual contract labor across the region.

Prior to Tenet, she was Director of Pediatric/Neonatal and Burn Services at Western Medical Center, Santa Ana, where she led the units through successful certification. She holds an MBA degree from the University of Phoenix and a BS degree in Nursing from Mount Saint Mary's College.
